Bully Free Includes Me was written in response to a need voiced by many parents to help them understand the dynamics of bullying. Most of us think of bullying as a physical action found on the playground. However, bullying is much more rampant in its other forms, verbal, social and cyber, causing much deeper, longer lasting injuries. While parents attempt to grasp the subtleties of bullying and provide their children with skills to help them combat school bullying; they continue to battle their own bullies in the workplace, struggling with the toxic environments that result from this behaviour.
